Moldova is heading to the polls to decide whether to re-elect its pro-Western president or to replace her with a pro-Kremlin president. Also, there is a referendum about applying to join the EU. Oligarch Shor who looted three Moldovan banks with assistance from ABLV Bank of Latvia was discovered to be bribing thousands of voters to swing the vote to the Kremlin. The Latvian government under the Vienotiba Party paid a lot of Latvian taxpayer money for years to help ABLV and Shor while at the same time lying that it is against the Kremlin and supporting independent Moldova.
